We had agreed on meeting Wednesday the 29th at 9am (I have an email thread proving it) and he didn’t show up. Called him and it went straight to voicemail so perhaps he was too busy and forgot. I can’t review his work (therefore I won’t give a 1 star) because he obviously didn’t show up, but just wanted to bring that to light.

I hired Power Vac of Ottawa to clean out the dryer vent in our 1-year-old new house when we got an error message indicating a dryer vent blockage. It turned out that the vent was not properly installed. The technician did an excellent job of troubleshooting and identifying the problem, including finding the vent location (not easy since there was no cover) and clearing out the blockage. We got quotes from other companies, which were similar for the first dryer vent, but Power Vac quoted us a very reasonable price for cleaning out three other dryer vents in our 4-plex. Very professional; highly recommend!
