I recently hired Power Vac to clean the dryer vents at three of my properties, and they did a fantastic job across the board. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Troy, who went completely above and beyond. While his crew was working, Troy dropped by and we realized one of the properties didn't have an obvious exterior exhaust opening. Troy investigated and discovered the exterior vent had actually been covered up by the exterior vinyl siding. He took it upon himself to carefully perform a localized removal of the siding, take out the old vent cover, install a brand new one, and then reconfigure and reconnect the interior vent—which was situated in a very awkward location. Incredible problem-solving and top-notch service. I highly recommend Power Vac to anyone!

I hired Power Vac of Ottawa to clean out the dryer vent in our 1-year-old new house when we got an error message indicating a dryer vent blockage. It turned out that the vent was not properly installed. The technician did an excellent job of troubleshooting and identifying the problem, including finding the vent location (not easy since there was no cover) and clearing out the blockage. We got quotes from other companies, which were similar for the first dryer vent, but Power Vac quoted us a very reasonable price for cleaning out three other dryer vents in our 4-plex. Very professional; highly recommend!

Paul came into clean my dryer vent and was very thorough. Previous company didn’t even come inside but Paul did and he found out why my dryer was taking three hours a load! Apparently the hose should be straight and not full of water. 🤦‍♀️ He quickly fixed the situation making my home safe and laundry less of a chore. 5 stars are not enough! 100 out of 100! Can’t recommend Troy enough from Power Vac of Ottawa!! We had an issue with our dryer vent and hose needing to be replaced. He was able to fit us in the next day although he already had a busy week. Price was right and he is a true professional at what he does. Thank you!
