Not good representatives calling homes. Get repeated call from this company even though I told them I have no duct work in my house. The response is to simply hang up - no good bye, sorry for calling you again, etc.

Paul came into clean my dryer vent and was very thorough. Previous company didn’t even come inside but Paul did and he found out why my dryer was taking three hours a load! Apparently the hose should be straight and not full of water. 🤦‍♀️ …

PowerVac duct cleaning is their specialty for both residential and commercial since 1965 and this was the main reason for my choice. Troy gave me a flat rate charge for duct cleaning for 2 furnaces and for dryer with no extras for additional vents. The team I had was John and Sean, both hardworking and efficient.

We had agreed on meeting Wednesday the 29th at 9am (I have an email thread proving it) and he didn’t show up. Called him and it went straight to voicemail so perhaps he was too busy and forgot. I can’t review his work (therefore I won’t give a 1 star) because he obviously didn’t show up, but just wanted to bring that to light.

Would give 5+ stars if possible. Troy managed to come clean our dryer vents the day we contacted as our dryer was not working. He discovered the issue was much worse than we expected. Troy took his time to properly fix the issue, and truly …

I highly recommend Power Vac to anybody looking for this type of service. The price is rather high, hence the 4 value.

Be careful about the rate that the company offers. From the email they sent me: 'The cost for duct cleaning is $199 plus $10 per air vent (all supply & cold air return vents).' Because I have checked other duct cleaning companies and their …
