Powerfully equipped to do the job
Now that you understand the benefits of keeping your ducts clean, you want to make sure it is done right. Our truck mounted vacuum units deliver 15,000 to 25,000 cubic feet per minute of suction to create negative pressure in your ducts. An eight-inch vacuum hose is used to apply suction to isolated zones. Compressed air in combination with the scorpion whip package or power ball delivers up to 250 pounds per square inch of compressed air to the interior of the duct work. Dust and debris is removed from the duct system, zone by zone, until the entire system is thoroughly cleaned. Our staff make sure every job is done thoroughly and correctly.
Duct sealing, balancing, and insulation efforts can also work to protect and preserve your home's duct work, while saving energy.
Leaks in the duct work for heating and cooling systems can be costly. Duct work often leaks through seams at the joints between the duct work components, or through other connections such as elbows. Sealing the duct work prevents the warm or cool air from leaking, allowing more of the treated air to reach each room. Duct Sealing is a cost effective way to improve a heating and cooling system's efficiency.
Duct Balancing helps ensure proper air flow to each room in a house. Closed, partially opened, and fully opened dampers control the air flow to each vent. Balancing these internal mechanisms will balance the air flow throughout a home for consistent temperature.
New home owners may want to consider a duct insulation upgrade. Due to our harsh climate, duct insulation can be a very cost effective way to improve the efficiency of a heating and cooling system, reduce energy bills, and lengthen the life of your furnace or air conditioner. Treated air cools changes temperature as it flows throughout the duct system, often causing some rooms to be much cooler or warmer than others. Duct insulation allowing the system to have shorter run cycles and better air distribution.
