Our modern equipment enables us to provide a number of services to large commercial buildings such as office buildings, schools, hospitals, retirement homes, retail space, and government buildings.
The first step is the HVAC inspection. Our cameras can scan up to 100 feet from the point of entry during an on-site inspection of the duct system. We can also videotape the interior of the ducts, which allows us to review and analyze the system at any time. After inspection, in combination with our portable HVAC vacuums, we clean the entire HVAC system, efficiently and completely. Operators continually review the video footage to ensure that all contaminants are removed. Using attachments such as the rotary brushes will dislodge any debris and blow it towards the vacuum, where it can be removed through a HEPA filter and deposited in a self-contained dust hopper. Once the HVAC system has been thoroughly cleaned, the access doors and panels are sealed in accordance the NADCA's guidelines to ensure the system is air-tight.
Our truck-mounted vacuum equipment is modern and powerful. They deliver up to 25,000 cubic feet per minute of suction to create negative pressure inside ducts. An eight-inch vacuum hose is used to apply suction to isolated zones. Compressed air, in combination with the "Scorpion Whip Package" or "Power Ball," delivers up to 250 pounds per square inch of compressed air to the interior of the ductwork. Dust and debris is removed from the duct system, zone by zone, until the entire system is thoroughly cleaned.
High-rise buildings offer a unique challenge – access. Since heavy duty trucks cannot access the higher levels, we use powerful self-contained, portable vacuums. The two-module systems can easily be taken up or down stairs. They are fully assembled and can be easily detached to be carried by hand. They work to remove all debris from the HVAC system and filter it through a HEPA filter to prevent contaminates from being released into the air. The are equipped with a three stage filtration system, 99.97% HEPA final filter, backward curved AT Gold blowers, and high-efficiency motors.
